It comes with a 4-button front opening so you can easily slip it on or off or adjust it accordingly if work condition gets too hot on the job site. It also has raglan tapered sleeves for more comfortable wear and for enhancing the range of motion. The elastic cuffs on the sleeves allow for a more comfortable fit, prevent the sleeves from rolling up, and also protect by preventing debris from entering the sleeve opening. It also comes with a straight hemmed bottom for a more relaxed fit.
