It features a banded collar with a 3-button front opening to allow for easy donning and doffing and for air circulation, too, when job condition gets heated up. It also has elastic sleeve cuffs to securely keep it in place, prevent it from rolling up, and keep any debris from entering the sleeve opening. It also has a left chest pocket with a pencil slot and a dual pen pocket as well on the upper left sleeve.
