Outstanding durability. Built to last.
When the call went out about the Caldor Fire, these were the first boots to lace up and respond. They hit the terrain and got the job done because that’s what these boots were built for – to protect the men who protect our forests.
The White’s Line Scout Lace-to-Toe Boot is the original fire boot, built to stand up to the rigors of the fire service. Rugged and durable, this boot is made with strong leather and hand-sewn construction. The lightweight yet sturdy rubber outsole provides excellent shock absorption and durability. The new last provides a more modern look and added comfort. The NFPA-certified leather upper provides superior heat resistance up to 572 degrees Fahrenheit for short periods. It also resists water penetration while keeping your feet dry in wet conditions. This boot can be worn and resoled season after season for the ultimate test of time.

White’s boot runs large. This means most people should take a half size down from their natural shoe size, or Brannock measurement. On our highest arched lasts, a full size may be necessary, as the arch support shortens the overall length of the foot during wear.
